Wolf Canyon Foods, Inc. was formed in 1989 to do the marketing and sales of freeze-dried products produced by Mercer Foods. Our sales office is located in Carmel, California. We are represented by brokers and agents throughout the world.

Mercer is a private, family-owned corporation located in Modesto, California, in the heart of the Central Valley (www.mercerfoods.com). Its production facility includes:
